Why are we called The Ridge Inn?
The restaurant was built at the corner of State Route 56 and Thompson Ridge
Road. The 'Ridge' part of the name came from being at the end of Thompson Ridge Road. The 'Inn' part of the name came from wanting to differentiate from the other restaurants in town which include a cafe and a diner.
